Start with what you want to hear
A station from another country can introduce you to its music, provide local news or help you practise a language. Choose that purpose first: exploring a country gives different results from looking for conversation in a particular language or a specialist programme.
Select a country in our directory and enter part of the station name if you know it. Choose a result and press listen: the page does not start audio automatically. A station name or listed language does not guarantee its entire schedule; check its official programme guide.
- For language practice, seek interviews and conversation as well as music.
- For news, check the station’s time zone and the local time of its bulletin.
- For music, compare programmes and genres; the server’s country does not determine every song’s origin.
Check who publishes the stream
The directory uses public information from Radio Browser, a community-maintained catalog. Listings can contain duplicate names, outdated metadata or streams that no longer work. Inclusion does not establish station ownership.
Verify identity through the station’s official website: name, terrestrial frequency where applicable, city and listening links. When two entries share a name, compare those details before attributing news or sharing a link. Contact the stream owner about its content.
These are independent stations. We do not present them as Radio en Línea customers or claim to host or endorse their broadcasts. Purchasing our hosting does not automatically add a station to this community catalog.
Control mobile listening and data use
Audio comes directly from the station’s server after you choose to listen. Your browser also queries the catalog and can load external images. Those providers receive the technical information needed to serve the connection and apply their own privacy policies.
As a guide, a constant 128 kbps stream uses about 58 MB per hour; at 320 kbps it uses about 144 MB. Actual traffic includes connection overhead and varies by format. Use Wi-Fi or shorter sessions with a limited data allowance, and stop playback when finished.
Increasing volume does not improve a low-bitrate stream. Choose a comfortable level and avoid prolonged high volume through headphones. Selecting another station replaces the current stream instead of opening several simultaneous players.
When a station does not play, check these causes
Our directory offers HTTPS streams compatible with browser playback. A station may be off air, change its address, restrict countries or use a format your device cannot play. A visible listing does not guarantee continuous availability.
Try another station to separate a connection issue from a specific stream failure. If only one fails, check its official website and try later. Do not disable browser security to open an insecure stream.
Listening to a public stream does not grant permission to download, rebroadcast, put it into AutoDJ or play its music in a business. Those uses require the relevant rights and licences. Rights holders who want a listing removed from our page can contact [email protected] with the station details.
