Terms of service

1. Services
Radio en Línea provides online radio hosting, IRC and Telegram bots, ZNC accounts, web hosting and website design, as described and priced on this site at the time of ordering.
2. Prices and payments
All prices are in US dollars (USD); amounts shown in other currencies are only an approximate reference. Monthly services are paid in advance for the chosen period: monthly, 3 months (3% off), 6 months (5% off) or yearly (10% off). Website design is a one-time payment based on the accepted quote.
3. Renewal and suspension
Services renew when the next period is paid. If a payment is not received on time, the service may be suspended until it is settled.
4. Acceptable use
Services may not be used for illegal activity, spam, attacks on other systems, or to broadcast content that infringes third-party rights. We may suspend a service that breaks these rules.
5. Copyright and licensing
Each customer is responsible for holding the licenses or permissions required for the music and content they broadcast or publish under the laws of their country.
6. Accounts and security
Customers are responsible for keeping their passwords confidential and for the use of their account. Let us know immediately if you notice unauthorized access.
7. Bots, ZNC and IRC services
IRC radio bots, Telegram ↔ IRC bots and ZNC accounts run from IPv4 addresses shared with other customers. We are not responsible if an IRC network or external service rejects, limits or blocks the connection. Misuse (spam, flooding, attacks, ban evasion or breaking a network's rules) may lead to cancellation of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms and our prices. Price changes do not affect periods already paid.
